It is said that time began moving when DIALGA was born…
Dialga has the ability to warp time by either speeding it up, slowing it down, or stopping it altogether.

This pokemon has been modded with a v2 light blue on white SPH, I really like how the colors contrast on its sph just like on its body (:
also it is removeable with the aid of steel buttons for cleaning and is hideable with a zipper.
